Hidden autgentic Irish gem in Clovelly. Very generous food servings and beer selection was good. Hard to judge the atmosphere as went for lunch on a Tuesday but would be gold when the live music is on. Keen to try the Sunday Roast as have heard many good reviews. More

Cappuccino was great, even though it was brought to us only when I almost finished my sausage and egg roll. The place is pleasant, but I expected the food to be a bit more exciting. It was just okay.

Came across this local favourite during my stay in Randwick. The vibes were buzzing, and the staff were friendly. Visited during Wednesday steak night, such great value and such a cosy vibe packed with friendly locals.

Shea's offers a classic Irish roast at a good price point - the perfect cure for the day after the night before. The food feels fresh and filling while the portion size is ample. The only drawback was the lack of a dessert option. … More

The prices have gone up on meals which have portions that are way too big. It would have made more sense to reduce the portion sizes and reduce the obesity problem and keep the prices lower. This is coming from a big eater! … More

Got a chicken fillet roll and spice bag. Took an hour to come out. Also took about 15 minutes to find someone to order the food. Don’t believe the hype. More

A delightful oasis in a busy area, this Irish Cafe has an open, welcoming atmosphere which is only matched by the generous servings. I had Paddy's Big Breakfast ($26-) and it did not disappoint. Service was quick and reasonable and the food … More

Had a roast here on Sunday and it was absolutely delicious. Worth the wait. All the trimmings included. Broccoli however was raw and it was $80 for two roasts and 2 pints of orange squash. Still really enjoyed the meal

Small and basic egg and bacon bap. No rocket or relish. Menu offers 'Shepherds Pie' with beef. The Owner/Cook should know that Shepherds Pie is only made with lamb. 'Irish Coffee' was served with white coffee, instead of signature black coffee. Made completely wrong! More

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunday Roast & Perfect Guinness – What More Could You Want?
Stopped in at Shea’s Irish Bar in Clovelly on a Sunday and it did not disappoint. The Sunday Roast was absolutely spot on—tender meat, crispy roast potatoes, rich gravy… proper comfort food that felt like home.
Washed it down with a couple of perfectly poured Guinness and honestly, it hit different. Smooth, creamy, and exactly how it should be.
The staff were welcoming, the vibe was relaxed but buzzing, and it’s just a great spot to spend a lazy Sunday arvo. Whether you're local or just passing through, Shea’s is the kind of place that makes you want to come back.
Roast + Guinness = Sunday done right. 🍽🍺🇮🇪

I love going to Shea's, admittedly it's to provide a service, but, the fact remains it's got the best atmosphere going imho.
Full of laughter & tales, friendly staff with smiles, a great old world feel with fantastic styling & fine tunes playing in the background.
I've been off the booze for a few years & this is the only place that makes me sweat when I see the punters lining up & splitting the G on pints of the good oil. Do yourself a good one get in there and try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
